Returns and Complaints

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods purchased in our online store, you have the option to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. The right of withdrawal is applicable in accordance with Act No. 367/2000 Sb.

When returning the goods, please always enclose the relevant form with all the necessary information completed. The refund for the returned goods will be sent to you via a bank transfer to your account within 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The packaging is neither the object of purchase nor part of the purchased item. However, the Moparshop.eu online store is still entitled to compensation for the actual costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods (restoration to their original condition). These costs are always individually assessed, subsequently charged to the customer and taken into account when calculating the amount of the refund for the returned goods.

You can avoid these charges by restoring the goods to their original condition (cleaning, correct packaging, etc.).

If you wish to return goods purchased in the Moparshop.eu online store, proceed as follows:

Complete the return form, which is available for downloading at the bottom of this page. Scan the form, send it to info@moparshop.eu and enclose it with the returned goods. Send the goods using any shipping service or otherwise deliver the goods to the company address below:

We will inform you of our receipt of the returned goods via email. We will send the refund for the returned goods to your bank account as soon as possible. Never send goods with a cash on delivery arrangement.

Warranty complaints:

Any complaints must be submitted without undue delay. If you discover that your goods are defective, send them to us immediately. Complete the complaint form, which is available here. Scan the complaint form, send it to info@moparshop.eu and enclose it with the goods subject to the warranty complaint. Send the goods using any shipping service or otherwise deliver the goods to the company address below:

We will inform you of the receipt of the goods subject to the complaint via email or by phone immediately after the goods are delivered to our warehouse with a proposed resolution of the complaint. Never send goods with a cash on delivery arrangement. There is a 30-day period for the handling of warranty complaints.

In the event of a valid and accepted warranty complaint, Moparshop.eu bears the costs of shipping in both directions.
